Rediscover yourself, and each other, through the transition to parenthood.

Specialist couples therapy & EMDR for people navigating what parenthood asks of them.

A woman with curly brown hair, wearing a blue dress, is sitting at a wooden table outside a coffee house, smiling and holding a white mug. The coffee house has a large window with posters and a decorative sign that reads 'The No 9 Coffee House' in the background.

What to Expect

1.

Book your free introductory call

Choose a time that works for you. The call is free, takes around 20 minutes, and there's no obligation to go further.

2.

A chance to tell me a little about what's brought you here, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. It goes both ways. I want to make sure I'm the right fit for what you need.

We talk

3.

If we both decide to go ahead, we'll sort out the practicalities — how often we meet, which format suits you best — and book your first session.

We begin

Philos is a Greek word for a deep, enduring connection — the kind that shapes who we become. The relationships we have with ourselves, with the people we love, and with our histories do that more profoundly than anything else. I chose it as the name for this practice because it reflects something I hold at the centre of how I work: that being genuinely understood by another person is what makes change possible. When that happens, people find their way back to themselves, to each other, and to what they want their relationships to look like.

Ready when you are

If something on this page has resonated, I'd love to hear from you. Book a free introductory call and we can talk about what's brought you here
